Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached and be in the original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Items marked as “final sale.”

  • Customized or personalized items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at info@togethermess.com and send your item to: 14070 S Hickory Place, Glenpool, OK 74033.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue the refund to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: 14070 S Hickory Place, Glenpool, OK 74033.

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
