We do our best to display product images, colors, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or product material.

Orders

Because many products are made to order, production time and shipping time are separate. Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on the products ordered and fulfillment location.
Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery. Togethermess is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses, weather, customs, holidays, or other events outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we may not be able to offer a free replacement or refund.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because many Togethermess products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, wrong color, or change-of-mind purchases.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at info@togethermess.com within the timeframe listed in our Return & Refund Policy. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Do not send any items back unless we specifically ask you to. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Discount Codes and Promotions
